Hawaii Developmental Disabilities Division (DDD) Developmental Disabilities Division (DDD) is under the Hawaii Department of Health, and is the operating agency for the Medicaid 1915(c) Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) waiver for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities.
Hawaii Disability Rights Center The Hawaii Disability Rights Center is Hawaii’s designated Protection and Advocacy System for people with disabilities. It is also Hawaii’s designated Client Assistance Program for applicants and members of programs funded under the federal Rehabilitation Act.
