Governor’s Council on Developmental Disabilities (GCDD)
The Arkansas Governor’s Council on Developmental Disabilities (GCDD) promotes integration, disability inclusion, and independence for Arkansans with developmental disabilities (DD).
A clearing house of resourceful information specifically pertaining to individuals and their caregivers as related to ASD and other mental health conditions.
